The founder

Built from real delivery.

Aaron worked with enterprise accounts at a global AI software company, in a team supporting multi-million-pound portfolios.

His customer success work covered renewals, executive reviews, migrations and the process problems behind customer friction.

Earlier technical project work in advanced manufacturing served Formula 1, aerospace, nuclear and clean energy clients.

Stance grew from a passion for fast-moving workflows that keep people and projects from losing momentum.

Aaron holds an MSc in Business Management from Cardiff University and is UK-based.

People first. Process that holds.

Clear ownership and practical systems give your team the space to do good work.

Fix the constraint, not the symptom

Follow the work, measure where it waits and fix the constraint that costs the most.

Leave a working system behind

Processes are written down, owned by a person and given a review date.

Small enough to be practical

Built for small teams with limited time. New software must earn its place.

Clear ownership, not blame

Name an owner and a fallback, so people know what good looks like and where to take a problem.

Our method

The work is finished when your team owns it

Deliverable

A map of where work waits

Follow a customer, a project and a new hire through the real process. Record waiting, rework and handoffs.

Stance method: Diagnose delivers a waiting map; Prioritise delivers a ranked constraint list; Build delivers a tested workflow; Hand over delivers ownership and review documents.
