Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel or reschedule
With 48 hours or more before your session, you can choose a full refund or a free reschedule. With less than 48 hours’ notice, you can reschedule once for free, but the fee is not refundable. No-shows are not refundable.
If we need to change it
If Stance Operations needs to cancel or move your session, you can choose a full refund or a new time.
After the readout
After the written readout is delivered, the fee is not refundable. If you have concerns, tell us within seven days and we will review them in good faith.
How refunds work
Email aaron@stanceoperations.com with your company name. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days. Card processing fees are not returned by the payment provider.
Continuing to a sprint
If the Diagnostic fee is credited toward a sprint, the sprint terms will be set out in a written agreement. See our Terms of Service.
