Privacy Policy

We collect information you submit directly: your name, company, work email, team size, form answers and limited payment metadata such as payment status and transaction reference. We do not store full card details.

We also receive limited technical data automatically, such as browser type and approximate region, through standard server logs and analytics tools we operate.

We use submitted information to respond to diagnostic requests, to generate tailored workflow recommendations through the vision board tool, and to follow up with you about potential engagements.

Vision board answers are stored so a consultant can resume the discussion. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Answers you enter in the vision board tool are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate recommendations. The generated transcript is retained in our systems and is accessible only to authorised Stance Operations administrators, not to other visitors.

Avoid entering sensitive personal data, trade secrets, or non-public client information into the vision board tool. Recommendations are advisory and should be reviewed before acting on them.

Vision board submissions and diagnostic submissions are retained for a reasonable period to support follow-up and engagement delivery. You may request deletion of your submitted information at any time using the contact details below.

We use Stripe for payments, Slack for operational notifications, Google Workspace for email and working files, and our website host for the site and submitted data. Our AI provider processes Vision Board answers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Stripe processes payments for the Operational Diagnostic. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy.

You may decline to submit information by not using the diagnostic or vision board forms. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted by contacting us at the address below.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect submitted information, including access controls and encrypted transit. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.
