You may use this site for informational and evaluation purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt its operation, overload it, or access systems you are not authorised to use.

Boards generated by the vision board tool are general advisory outputs produced by an AI model, not professional consulting advice. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for evaluating and adapting any recommendation before acting on it, and you use the vision board tool at your own risk.

Information you submit through the diagnostic intake or vision board is provided voluntarily. By submitting it, you authorize Stance Operations to use it to respond and, where relevant, to prepare a proposed engagement. You confirm you are entitled to share the information you provide.

Site content, branding, and the Stance Operations name are owned by Stance Operations. Recommendations you receive through the vision board may be used internally within your organisation for the purpose of evaluating an engagement; they are not licensed for resale or redistribution.

The scope and deliverables for each service are confirmed in writing. We do not guarantee a particular commercial outcome. We keep client information confidential and expect clients to provide accurate information and timely decisions. Once paid, the client owns the deliverables created specifically for them. A separate written agreement may add terms for a larger engagement.

The £350 Operational Diagnostic is paid in advance through Stripe. Your place is confirmed after payment. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The site and vision board tool are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Stance Operations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on vision board output. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount, if any, paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes relating to them.
